Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms
After you have placed your order with us you will receive an email confirming your purchase order which will include the amount paid including your postage.
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver the the products to the place specified by the customer within a reasonable time. Credit card orders will only be delivered to card owner's registered address. . If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time, we will keep you updated throughout the transaction.
Replacement and Cancellation Terms
Through the retail part of the site we will offer a 14 day no quibble money back policy (excl. p&p). Goods are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects and any products returned and found to be faulty will be replaced free of charge, or at our discretion we may offer the customer a full refund. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. The customer can cancel an order at any time prior to despatch by emailing or telephoning us.
